A simple program to create poligonal models in 3D.

kHED is a simple and powerful model editor in 3D specifically designed to create poligonal models. It is an application that can really help game programmers. kHED imports and exports work in four formats: OBJ (Wavefront Object), MS3D (MilkShape 3D), SMD (HalfLife SMD) and MDL (HalfLife Model).

kHED includes a very simple interface that is configurable to make your task easier. In the panel there are various buttons (with explanatory names) that lets you select the objects from which you want to make your creations. There are tools to move, rotate, resize and stretch elements and objects. With kHED you can create plain polygons and from there create cubes, spheres, cones, etc.

It includes an option to create textures and another to clone groups and materials.

Although kHED isn`t a program for professionals, all fans of 3D modelling can get a lot out of it.
